Gurukul is an educational website by two students Namitha and Merin.We both love to learn. So, we fiound out that the best way to learn is by teaching. Instead to teaching students on by one, we think that a website can help more students and from a wide
area.
The name 'Gurukul' referes to the ancient teaching system used my Indian sanyasis (monks). In the system, the students stay with the guru and learn from him. Unlike the current boarding school system, the students practically help around the guru's house aside from learning. The gurukul is said to be the most effective method as it both enhances the students' experience and educational, as well as make him street wise( which I believe the current educational system lacks.) Although we can't bring that system back, we can help students at their homes by teaching them and helping them in studies.
